Chongqing Wangbian Electric (Group) Corp., Ltd, with total registered capital of RMB249.875555 million Yuan, founded in 1994, was established through shareholding system reform of the former Chongqing Wangjiang Transformer Factory Co., Ltd in 2014, and listed on "New Three Board " on July 30, 2015; its stock short name is “Wangbian Electric”, and stock code is " 832960."
The Company’s Management Headquarter is located in the upper Yangtze River financial center - Chongqing Jiangbeizui; the production base is located in state-level economic and technological development zone - Chongqing Changshou Economic & Technological Development Zone. Transportation network extends in all directions; water and land transportation is very convenient. Company plant covers an area of more than 150 mu. The annual production capacity: 15,000 sets of 5 million KVA power transformers; 2,000 sets of assembled electrical equipment. At present, the Company mainly produces 110KV and below oil-immersed, dry-type power transformers, prefabricated substations, high and low voltage switchgear and other electrical power products.
The Company has domestic advanced production technological equipment and complete testing methods; stable and reliable product quality can make it best-selling in domestic market. The Company has passed IS09001: 2008 International Quality Management System Certification, IS014001: 2004 Environmental Management System, OHSAS18001: 2011 Occupation Health Safety Management System; the products have passed National Energy-saving Product Certification; assembled electric equipment has passed National Compulsory Certification (CCC certification).
